It all starts with an idea or a brief. We receive a huge array of ideas/briefs from all industries. Some clients provide us with an idea that needs to be explored and solved into an aesthetic and functional product.
Custom product design and development (otherwise known as concept design) is one of the most interesting services we offer. We can take something as simple as a sketch on a napkin and take it through concept development, detailed design and all the way through to a finished product delivered to your door. The entire process of creating something out of nothing.
With the design completed, our network of local and international partners are tried, tested and standing by for all kinds of manufacturing. From small one-off parts, all the way up to high volume production runs.

We at ONEPOINTSIX use freehand sketching to flesh out ideas and then design with Solidworks to ensure precision and quality. We handle all kinds of design requirements and manufacturing types, from tiny precision injection moulded plastic parts to complex metal machined mechanisms to large scale industrial sheet metal and fabricated structures. Creating 3D data and detailed engineering drawings with Solidworks, we ensure your product is manufactured to the highest level of detail and quality.
How do you know if something will work before you have it in you hand? We use computer simulation to analyse our designs for strength and functionality.
ONEPOINTSIX product design studio is proficient with industry standard Solidworks for 3D modeling & technical drafting as well as other vector illustration software so we can provide versatile solutions for all drafting and illustration projects. We have produced hundreds of technical drawings for our clients to ensure high quality and precision are achieved in the manufacturing process.
